With great sadness we inform you of the tragic passing of Yitzchok (Yitz) Yonasan Zev Rosen, OB”M, 35-year-old father of 4, and resident of Melbourne (Caulfield) Australia.
Yitz Rosen was on vacation with his family at a Mornington Peninsula Country Club, when he was badly injured in an accident.
Investigators say he was found unconscious on the grounds of the resort around 7:20AM, after having fallen and struck his head while walking.
The 35-year-old was found with serious head injuries and suffering hypothermia, after spending the night lying outside, while his family slept in a nearby apartment unaware.
He was airlifted to the Alfred hospital with hypothermia and head injuries where was listed in critical condition until he passed away on Monday.
