With great sadness we inform you of the passing of Rabbi Zev Dov Slonim, OB”M, of Yerushalayim, Eretz Yisroel. He was 84-years-old.

Rabbi Slonim was the Rabbi of central Yerushalayim, and a member of Beis Din Rabbonei Chabad of Eretz Yisroel.

In 5741 Rabbi Slonim was the first one to print the Chitas, made of the Chumash Tehillim and Tanya. This was after the Rebbe spoke of its importance many times.
