We are deeply saddened to report on the passing of R’ Peretz Feigenson, an elder chossid who taught and arranged many Shiurim in Crown Heights. He passed away on Friday, 12 Kislev, 5785.
He was 88.
Rabbi Feigenson was known as a Talmid Chochom, who gave many Shiurim in Crown Heights.
Rabbi Feigenson dedicated his life to the Rebbe’s Mivtzoim. And after the Rebbe launched Mivtza Torah, he worked hard to arrange Shiurim in Crown Heights and was in charge of the Shiurim for Tzach (Lubavitch Youth Organization) for many years.
He was predeceased by his wife Batsheva.
He is survived by his children, Leah Marinovsky – Houston, TX; Sara Donin – Crown Heights; Rabbi Menachem Mendel Feigenson – Sugarland, TX; Miriam Herzog – London UK; Esther Nemanow – Crown Heights; R’ Yosef Feigenson – Crown Heights; R’ Levi Feigenson – Crown Heights; Eida Pinson – Crown Heights; R’ Yitzchak Feigenson – Crown Heights; grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
The Levaya will pass by 770 at 10:45 and continue on to Old Montefiore cemetery.
