With great sadness we regret to inform you of the passing of Rabbi Mordechai Assouline, OB”M, a pillar of the Chabad community in Sarcelles, France. Rabbi Assouline passed away on Wednesday, 29 Adar.
He has reportedly passed away after contracting the Coronavirus.
Rabbi Assouline was a respected and beloved teacher in France, and also helped tremendously in the Sarcelles Chabad House.
He is survived by his wife, and son – Menachem Mendel.
This is tragically the third death from the Coronavirus, in the Lubavitch community of France.
