Her father, R’ Shmuel Orenshtein HY”D, was killed in the Warsaw Ghetto in 5703 (1943), and her only brother, Uri Orenshtein HY”D, was murdered in Treblinka that same year.
Her paternal uncle was Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hacohen Orenshtein HY”D husband of Rebbetzin Sheina HY”D, the daughter of The Frierdiker Rebbe, both of whom were killed in the Holocaust.
Her grandmother, Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Orenshtein A”H, was the youngest daughter of The Rebbe Maharash and Rebbetzin Rivka.
After surviving the war, Mrs. Yuval made Aliyah to Eretz Yisroel, where she lived a long and full life, passing away two weeks ago at her home on the kibbutz.
