Russia’s Chief Rabbi and Shliach, Rabbi Berel Lazar, sent a letter of congratulations to Moldova’s newly appointed Chief Rabbi, Shliach Rabbi Menachem Mendel Axlerod, on his appointment to the position.
In his letter, Rabbi Lazar wished Rabbi Axlerod great success in his Shlichus and expressed his hope that he will accomplish much in strengthening Jewish life throughout Moldova and help restore its Jewish heritage.
