With profound sorrow, the Chabad community received the heartbreaking news of the passing of Hatomim Ziv Moshe Shulman A”H, the 17-year-old son of Eyal and Yakira Meirav Shulman of the Chabad community in Rehovot.
Ziv was a devoted talmid who dedicated himself to Torah study with diligence and enthusiasm. He was actively involved in the Rebbe’s Mivtzoim and was deeply loved by his friends, teachers, and all who knew him.
Two days ago, Ziv suddenly collapsed in the courtyard of his yeshiva after suffering cardiac arrest. Despite intensive medical efforts and countless Tefillos recited by communities around the world on his behalf, his pure soul was returned to its Creator.
The Levayah took place tonight in Rehovot.
‘May Hashem comfort his family among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem’, and may we merit the fulfillment of the prophecy, “Awake and sing, you who dwell in the dust,” with the coming of the true and complete Geulah, immediately.
Boruch Dayan Ha’emes.
