Three years after the murder of Kedoshim brothers Hillel and Yagel Yaniv HY”D, a Minyan Mincha and Kinus Hisorerus was held yesterday (Sunday) at the site of the terror attack in Huwara.

Huwara is an Arab village in the Shomron located along Route 60 near Shchem, serves as the only main thoroughfare for Jewish residents of the surrounding communities to access their towns. For residents of places such as Har Bracha, Yitzhar, and other nearby yishuvim, travel to and from their homes requires passing through this route, making it a highly sensitive and strategically significant corridor in the region.

The Yaniv brothers were murdered in a terror attack near their home in the community of Har Bracha, and the occasion was marked with tefillah and strengthening, attended by family members and local residents.

During the gathering, Shliach of the Rebbe to Yitzhar, Rabbi Eliyahu Eitan, presented a dollar of the Rebbe to Rabbi Shalom Yaniv and his family for a Bracha, encouragement, and spiritual fortitude.

Rabbi Eliyahu Eitan has served as a Shliach in Yitzhar for many years, and in recent years expanded his activities to additional communities in the Shomron, including Har Bracha, the hometown of the Yaniv family.
