According to the decision of the Gabboim and Rabbonim, the Rebbe MH”M’s Minyan in 770 will continue to take place with a ‘Minyan Mitzumtzum’ at the regular times (Shachris 10, Mincha 3:15, Maariv 9:30.) within the guidelines set by the city and state of NY. The raffle will iyh be made every evening at 8 for the next day and the winners will receive a message accordingly.
