Eshel: Kashering Thousands of Kapparos Chickens

Throughout the night thousands of Anash and Temimim did Kapparos by Eshel on President & Kingston. These chickens are then used to feed thousands during the rest of Tishrei, but first they must be kashered and salted. Photographer Dov Ber Hechtman shows the process • Photos
