On Thursday, things got super intense at the Miami Torah Experience when Rabbi Yisroel Geisinsky, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Torah Ohr, decided to take on four college students in a simultaneous chess match. The students had just finished a morning of studying Chassidus, Chumash, and Gemorah when they were challenged to a game by the chess-savvy rabbi.

At first, it might not seem like a big deal to see a rosh yeshiva playing chess. But when you add in the fact that he’s playing FOUR games at the same time, it’s enough to make anyone’s head turn. And that’s exactly what happened at the ‘Miami Torah Experience’, hosted by Yeshiva Torah Ohr and led by Rabbi Immanuel Storfer.

A crowd gathered around the chess boards as the rabbi faced off against the four students. It was clear from the start that he was a force to be reckoned with, using all his strategic skills to take on the challenge. The students put up a good fight, but in the end, the rabbi came out on top. All in all, it was an exciting and memorable event, showcasing the Rosh Yeshiva’s impressive chess abilities and his love of the game.
