Camp Chayolei Hamelech was privileged to host a brand new ‘Tank’, which will join the Mitzvah Tanks of Eretz Yisroel in their holy work.
The campers and staff enjoyed a tour of the new Tank, and watching video clips of the Tank in action – igniting Jewish souls throughout army bases in Eretz Yisroel.
This Tank brings the total number of Tanks to twenty, and is the biggest so far to join the Rebbe’s army.
The tank was bought in Minnesota and travelled across America, stopping off at Camp Chayolei on its way to 770.
Accompanying the Tank from Minnesota was Rabbi Moshe Nachson, whose father, Rabbi Dovid Nachson, heads the Mitzvah Tank organization in Eretz Yisreol. Rabbi Akiva Marshall, the organizer of the Tanks from the United States, and two Bochurim helped with the many hours of driving.
In New York, the Tank will go through some remodeling to make it fit the purposes needed. From there it will be shipped by boat to Eretz Yisroel. It is scheduled to arrive in Eretz Yisroel in a few weeks.
