New Chabad House Built in Paris Neighborhood in Memory of Shliach
A month before his Yartzeit, a new Chabad House has been completed in a neighborhood in Paris, France in memory of the Shliach Rabbi Messod Touboul, OB”M who directed a number of Lubavitch schools in the area and tragically was one of the first Shluchim to pass away from Covid-19 on Chof Hei Adar, 5780. The ceremony marking the opening of the Chabad House was attended by members of Rabbi Touboul’s family.
The new center will be dedicated to the education and activities of children in the neighborhood bringing them closer to Judaism.
At the unveiling, the children of Rabbi Touboul were given various honors alongside the Shliach in the area, Rabbi Yosef Martinez.
