Monsey Welcomes New Torah

Sunday afternoon, a new Sefer Torah that was written in Eretz Yisroel in memory of Riki Farkash, OB”M, was welcomed to its permanent home in Monsey. At the joyous celebration, Yidden of all backgrounds participated in welcoming the new Torah. Photos by Shmuel Amit • Photos
