After months of working with government Agencies and a logistics company, the work of Rabbi Levi Wilhelm, a Shliach in South West Las Vegas, was met with great success.
An eighteen foot refrigerated trailer truck full of boxes of food, was delivered and distributed at the Chabad Desert Hebrew day School, to families with children under 18 years old. This program has also been made available to anyone else under 18. The distribution will be once a week.
The first distribution saw tens of thousands meals being given out.
