Brazen Thief Steals Bicycle In Broad Daylight
Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 9:58AM: Perp is seen in front of True Value hardware store located at 829 E New York Avenue in crown Heights, Brooklyn. He cases the area before making off with a bike that was left outside. This is believed to be the second time this perp stole a bicycle from the same location.
