A 20-year-old Arab youth from the Israeli Arab village of Kafr Qassem called police and asked for their help in a violent incident. However when police arrived the youth, Nassem Badir, took out a gun and tried to shoot at the policeman, who took cover. Badir then drove his car out backwards and attempted to ram other policemen, who neutralized him.
