The Weekly Recipe: Soft-Bite Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 2/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup margarine (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanila extract
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1 12-ounce package chocolate chips
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and mix to form a smooth batter.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into lined cookie sheet leaving space between each one for rising.
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes (do not over bake, cookies should remain soft and chewy).
