Amaretto Cake Recipe:
Cake:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1 package vanilla pudding (Osem or other company 3.4 ounce package)
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup amaretto
Icing:
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4-6 tbsp water
