For this week’s recipe, we have a healthy and yummy snack: Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites. They are fun, easy to make, and delicious too. These snacks do not go into the oven.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup ground flaxseed meal
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
instructions:
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl; form Into 1” balls using your hands.
Arrange bites on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.
