Tu B’av is the official kickoff of the Elul-Tishrei season, the time we begin to wish each other a Ksiva Vachasima Tova. But for many women, this time of year brings more panic than peace. The demands pile up—children returning from camp, back to school shopping, menu planning, cooking, hosting, and cleaning. On top of that, kids get crankier when their schedule is disrupted, and seem to act out most when we need them to be at their best.

As women, we shoulder the weight of Tishrei prep, but it can sometimes feel like we miss out on the spiritual rewards. We hear about the powerful davening, the soul-stirring Niggunim, the inspiring Farbrengens—while we’re home, taking care of the kids.

Chaya Shuchat, a pediatric nurse, author, and mother of nine, understands the toll Tishrei can take on a mother’s nerves and mental health. “Every day I speak to mothers who feel stressed and overwhelmed by the demands of raising children,” says Chaya. “They’re so busy creating a Tishrei mood for everyone else that there’s little mental space left for their own inspiration. Having dealt with Tishrei stress myself, I’ve spent a lot of time working on ways to help women have a meaningful and inspiring Tishrei.”

To support mothers on this journey, Chaya Shuchat has crafted a transformative six-week course to help prepare for the new year. With her encouraging, low-stress approach, infused with deep Chassidic insights, you’ll discover how to tap into the powerful spiritual energy of the yemei rachamim and create vessels to receive it.

The course aligns with themes from the weekly parshah, covering topics such as overcoming low self-esteem, cultivating a positive vision, reducing negative judgments, developing a battle plan, embracing joy and gratitude, and building a strong support system.

In just a short block of time each week, discover how to prepare for Tishrei with confidence, calm, and a sense of fulfillment. Don’t just survive Tishrei—thrive in it.
