    Russian parliament members, TV crews, and foreign dignitaries witnessed the revival of Russian Jewry in full glory, as Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded a Medal of Honor to Chabad Shliach to Moscow and Chief Rabbi of Russia Berl Lazar ● The President thanked Rabbi Lazar for all he has done on behalf of Russia.
