it’s Tu B’Shevat today so the video is very timely. I am reminded of Tu B’Shevat back in Hungary in my childhood. It was very difficult to find 15 kinds of fruit, as was our custom.
so we relied on frozen fruit. The communist regime did not allow imports of fruit.
once our dear father, Rabbi Schick a’h managed to obtain an orange. That one orange was divided into a piece each for us 5 children and our dear parents!
