Point of fact: There are some sushi’s that are made with raw-uncooked fish. This should be publicized – as many people don’t know or realize the dangers of eating raw – uncooked fish.

They are meant to freeze it 72 hrs beforehand to kill parasites etc.

But the leftovers can really be dangerous since it starts to spoil fast!
