The panel included Rabbi Meir Wilschanski – Mashpia and Menahel Ruchni in Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim in Tzfas; Rabbi Yisroel Greenberg – a Ba’al Menagen in Crown Heights; Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Kesselman – Mashpia in Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim Johannesburg, South Africa and Rabbi Menachem Mendel Reitzes – Baal Menagen in Crown Heights.
