Over 20,000 Flood Kfar Chabad for Second Hakafos

Over twenty thousand flooded into Kfar Chabad, Israel for the annual ‘Second Hakafos’ dancing. The hordes of Anash and Temimim were joined by guests from various communities, as well as Israeli dignitaries, for the yearly expression of pure simcha.
