For the first time, at the initiative of R’ Mendel Mintz, apart from the annual tent, that accommodates thousands of men during the month of Tishrei, a new tent was erected for women, in front of the ezras noshim, for use during busy times so that they can daven, learn and farbreng.
The organizer, R’ Mendel Mintz, shared that his late wife, Miriam Mintz A”H, who tragically passed away weeks before Tishrei, was instrumental in the organizing of a second tent for women outside 770 for this Tishrei.
Each Tishrei, the men’s tent hosts thousands of guests. Whether it’s a Minyan for Shacharis, a Chavrusa Chassidus, or just a conversation between friends, the tent is there for a comfortable seat amidst the Tishrei chaos.
