In connection with the Yartzeit on Shabbos of the Rebbe’s Shliach to Morocco Rabbi Leibel Raskin, OB”M, we are presenting a photo gallery from Chof Zayin Cheshvan 5752 when a new Torah was welcomed to 770 and Rabbi Raskin can be seen doing Hagba with the new Torah and joyously dancing with other Chassidim in front of the Rebbe.
