As Pesach quickly approaches, the Federation of Jewish Communities, Chabad’s umbrella organization in Russia, is preparing for a Pesach like no other. In several different bakeries, matzah production under the hashgacha of the country’s Senior Shliach and Chief Rabbi Berl Lazar, is well underway, producing enough matzah for every Jew in the vast country to enjoy and fulfill the mitzvah with this year.
