On Sunday, in an impressive ceremony, Yossi Tenenboim, the son of the Rebbe’s shluchim in Hewlett, Long Island, Rabbi Nochem and Rivkie Tenenboim, celebrated his bar mitzvah with hundreds of community members in attendance.
