After 2 months of extensive underground infrastructure upgrades, including improvements to the sewer system, construction on Kingston Avenue has been completed in recent days. The work was expedited to ensure it would be finished before the month of Tishrei, when thousands of guests are expected to arrive in Crown Heights from Eretz Yisroel and around the world.
