Who Brought Kol Nidrei Pesicha for $64,000?

In Lubavitch of yore, the Mitzvos would be “sold” on Shabbos Bereishis, with the Gabai, while wearing a Shtraimel, auctioning off the Aliyos, the opening of the Aron, the Sifrei Torah for Kol Nidrei, and the other “Kibbudim.”
Many of these honors come with great merit and Brachos, such as children, wealth, and long life, and no sum is too large to secure such Brachos in the Rebbe’s Shul, Lubavitch She’b’Lubavitch. All the revenue would be sanctioned towards the Rebbe’s Shul.
Chabadinfo obtained the list of all the auctioned-off “Kibbudim” and their purchasers, and presents them here:
To open the Aron for Yomim Noraim was sold to Rabbi Menachem Mendel Wilanski for $18,000
To open the Aron for Kol Nidrei was purchased together by R’ Itamar Shneur Zalman Antian, R’ M”M Binyaminson and R’ Yaakov Picha — for a whopping $64,000!
Maftir Yona was sold to R’ Menachem and Sheli Grasyani for $55,000. Pesicha for Niilah also went for $55,000 — brought by R’ Schneur Tzarfat.
Presenting the Sefer Torah to the Rebbe by Hakafos on Shmini Atzeres and Simchas Torah were sold for amounts in the range of $20,000 and $32,000.
To open the Aron for Tefilas Geshem on Shmini Atzeres were purchased together by a group of French Chassidim in Netanya, for a whopping $43,000.
The merit of purchasing the Aliya of Choson Torah was purchased by a group for the sum of $25,000.
The merit of purchasing the Aliya of Choson Bereishis to then give that honor to the Rebbe was purchased by Rabbi Baruch Duchman, for the sum of $32,000.
The right to hagbah and gelila of the Sefer Torah on Shabbos for the entire year was purchased by R’ Menachem and Sheli Grasyanifor for $41,000. The right to open the Aron Kodesh on each Shabbos was purchased for $20,000. The right to pesicha, hagbah and gelila during the weekday went for $16,000.
To open the Aron for Tefilas Tal on Pesach was purchased by R’ Moshe Dov Ayeish, for $10,000.
