Hatomim Hilllel Kedar, one of the Temimim who was severely injured last month in a devastating fire at a bochurim’s apartment in Crown Heights, was released from the hospital and arrived to recite hagomel in Beis Chayeinu-770.
As previously reported, the building served as a dormitory for students of the 770 Yeshiva, many of whom were seen escaping through windows as flames engulfed the structure. According to bystanders, the fire may have been caused by a space heater, though an official investigation is still ongoing.
