For many years already, based on the Horah of the Rebbe, a Siyum at the end of every Halochos takes place in 770. The Siyum is organized by R’ Menachem Gerlitzky.
Recently R’ Gerlitzky started an encouragement program for those that participate in the Siyum. A bottle of Mashke that R’ Gerlitzki was Zoche to receive from the Rebbe, is raffled off to those that participate 18 times from Yud Tes Kislev through Lag B’Omer in the Siyum.
Last night the second raffle took place, Menachem Willhelm won the bottle of Mashke.
