During a visit to the US for the Israel Day march in NYC, Knesset member Simcha Rothman, the chairman of the Knesset’s Constitution Committee, and former Knesset member Yoni Chetboun visited 770.
He was joined by his friend and Chabad Askan Rabbi Dovid Nachshon, the director of the Mitzvah Tanks and Tzivos Hashem in Israel and Rabbi Matti Tuchfeld, a Chabad journalist.
During the tour, the participants heard about 770 from the director of Beit Chabad 770, Rabbi Shneur Greenwald. Afterwards they wrote a Pidyon Nefesh to the Rebbe.
Rothman also visited 770 in 2023, following an attack by a left-wing protester in NYC.
