770 has received a surprise visit today from the FDNY resulting in multiple violations of the New York City Department of building and safety.
The Summons stated: “Failed to remove combustible waste allowed the storage /accumulation of combustible material waste and/or vegetation. Remedy: maintain storage of combustible materials in an ordinary manner and separate from heating devices by a distance or shielding so ignition cannot occur in occoedance with fc3152”
