In honor of Shnas Hakhel there will be hakafos for children on Monday night downstairs in the main shul of 770 so that mothers and young children can celebrate Simchas Torah while their husbands go on Tahalcha.
No stollers will be allowed inside. All strollers will be left on the service lane.
No girls over Bas Mitzva or woman without children will be allowed into the main shul; they can participate from the ladies shul.
The Rebbe’s Sefer Torah will be on the plaza in front of the Eastern Parkway ladies shul. (Entrance from Kingston Avenue).
Mothers with babies will enter from the main entrance to the main shul and sit under the Eastern Parkway vaiber shul. This area will be cornered off and reserved should mothers decide to come closer to Z’man Ma’ariv.
Girls from 1st through 6th grade will enter from the ramp by the Rebbe’s Room/the 770 driveway and sit in the back center section of 770. This area too will be cornered off and reserved for those coming closer to Z’man Ma’ariv.
Mothers with young children will enter from the sukka, go through the Tashlich entrance and stand on the Rebbe’s farbrengen bima.
Kiddush, Folowed by Ata Hoireisa and Hakofos.
Girls over Bas Mitzva will be able enter 770 through the sukka and kiss the Rebbe’s Sefer Torah.
May all our plans be cancelled for we will celebrate this year’s Simchas Torah in the Beis HaMikdosh with the coming of Moshiach, Amen!
