On Thursday night, an emergency Asifa convened by the Hanahala of the Central Yeshivah in 770, in connection with the painful events in 770 on Monday.
Mashpia Rabbi Shlomo Zarchi spoke strongly that all those who were involved in the destruction and riots on Monday, should ask the Rebbe mechilah for this and do Teshuvah. In his words, he spoke harshly against those involved, and that these are acts of madness and lawlessness.’
The Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Schneur Zalman Levkovsky and Mashgiach Rabbi Gedalia Bluming talked about how the job of the Tomim is to sit and learn, and about the importance the Rebbe gave that Temimim should have Kabolas ol. They added that it is self understood that Temimim shouldn’t involved with matters that are not related to them.
