Last night (Tuesday), the central Chof Ches Sivan Farbrengen took place in 770, in honor of the Yom HaBohir Chof Ches Sivan, the day the Rebbe and Rebbetzin arrived on the shores of the USA 84 years ago, with the participants of hundreds of Anash and Tmimim.
On the 28th of Sivan, 5701 (1941), the Rebbe and Rebbetzin arrived safely on the shores of the United States, an event that forever changed the course of Jewish history. This pivotal day marked the beginning of a new era in Hafatzas HaMa’ayanos, igniting a global revolution in spreading the light of Chassidus.
The farbrengen was addressed by the Mara D’Asra Rabbi Yosef Braun, Rabbi Sholom Dovber Shapiro, Rabbi Mendel Gordon, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Engel, Rabbi Binyamin Zilberstein, and Rabbi Yisroel Noach Raichik.
