Gaon Av Beis Din of the Eida HaChareidis Rabbi Yitzchok Tuvia Weiss O.B.M., who passed away this past Shabbos in Yerushalaim, hosted Russia’s Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar Shlit”a a number of years ago to discuss pertinent Halachic matters.
At the end of the meeting, which lasted a while, Rabbi Weiss O.B.M blessed Rabbi Lazar Shlit”a along with all of Russia’s Jews, and walked him to the street in great respect.
