I didn’t grow up frum—I grew up on books like Harry Potter. My dream is to make stories of tzaddikim even more exciting and captivating for kids, showing them that the true magic lies in their own hishkashrus.

Every time a parent tells me, “My kids are addicted to these books and can’t put them down,” it gives me chizuk. Knowing we’re pulling kids into these powerful stories, making them part of their lives,this is what keeps me going.

But let me tell you, creating these books is no simple task. Every story is carefully researched to ensure it’s accurate. We work with incredibly talented writers to bring each story to life. Then there are the illustrations—hundreds of original, hand-drawn pieces that help kids not just read but see and feel the stories come alive. Even the book layout is done with so much thought, making it fun, inviting, and something kids want to pick up again and again.

It’s a long and intensive process, over a year per book, it takes hundreds of hours, and the truth is, not only do I not make money from this—I actually pour a significant amount of my own money into it. Why? Because no one else is doing it. It’s not profitable. Even major publishers don’t have the resources for this level of quality. That’s why so many books out there are black and white, poorly written, or not thoroughly researched.

But I believe our children deserve better. They deserve stories that are vibrant, exciting, and true—stories that inspire them, connect them to their Yiddishkeit, and stay with them for a lifetime. That’s why I do this. That’s why it’s worth it.”
