Below is an unpublished letter and timely message which was sent to Rabbi Chaim Jacobs at the age of 13 years when living in London.
At that time he was active as Gabbai of the Lubavitch boys Youth Minyan and a group leader for a Shabbos afternoon group called Messibos Shabbos.
Here the Rebbe encourages Rabbi Jacobs to continue his important function in life of reaching out to others even at 13 years of age, a role which he continues to this day.
