The ongoing conflict between Rabbi Elimelech Silberberg and Rabbi Berl Shemtov over the past few years, has seemingly come to an end.

About a year ago the Supreme Court of the State of Michigan ruled to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Chabad of Michigan, led by Rabbi Berel Shemtov, against the Bais Chabad Torah Center of West Bloomfield, led by veteran Shliach Rabbi Elimelech Silberberg, on grounds that it was filed after the statute of limitations had passed.

Shemtov tried taking this case for an appeal, and today, the Supreme Court have come to their final decision.
