The ongoing conflict between Rabbi Elimelech Silberberg and Rabbi Berl Shemtov over the past few years, has seemingly come to an end.

About a year ago the Supreme Court of the State of Michigan ruled to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Chabad of Michigan, led by Rabbi Berel Shemtov, against the Bais Chabad Torah Center of West Bloomfield, led by veteran Shliach Rabbi Elimelech Silberberg, on grounds that it was filed after the statute of limitations had passed.

Shemtov tried taking this case for an appeal, and today, the Supreme Court have come to their final decision.

Nat Lewin was hired by Shem Tov?? Can he really be considered a help to Shluchim now?? This is truly disconcerting. Also, an x-tian law school was retained? Shame.

    2. didan notzach

Finnaly we won against shemtov and from didan notzach we should come to the main didan notzach of 770 as the rebbe mh”ms ratzon and onward to the complete hisgalus of the rebbe mh”m shlit”a now!!!
