As every year, and despite the ongoing war in Eretz Yisroel, three major Menorah lighting’s took place throughout Yerushalayim with thousands in attendance.
At the central bus station, the Shliach Rabbi Menachem Mendel Wilhelm was honored with lighting the menorah.
Rabbi Shlomo Moshe Amar, the chief Rabbi of Yerushalyim and former Chief Rabbi of Israel was honored with lighting the menorah at Shar Tzion with the shliach Rabbi Selonim.
The public Menorah lighting At Jaffa Gate was kindled by deputy superintendent Shloimy Tevel along with Rabbi Noam Roth of Tzach
The public menorah lightings were arranged by Tzach.
