Fancy Marbleized Cheesecake:
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 5 oz. melted baking chocolate
Cheese Cake:
- 2 pounds unwhipped cream cheese
- 10 oz. whip topping
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 oz. white milk chocolate – melted
- 10 oz. dark milk chocolate – melted
- 1 jar dairy creamer cream – softened for topping
Instructions:
preheat oven to 350.
Crust:
- Combine wafer crumbs with butter.
- Spread onto a lined cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
- Press crumbs into two 10-inch deep round baking pans.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Spread melted chocolate over crust.
- Refrigerate.
Cheese Cake:
- Combine: cream cheese, whip topping, sugar, eggs, cornstarch, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Divide batter into two.
- Mix white chocolate into one batter.
- Mix dark chocolate into the other batter.
- Pour 1 ladle of white cheese batter into center of baking pans. Pour one ladle of chocolate batter on top of white batter. Continue in this fashion until batter is used up.
- Place baking pans in a baking pan’ filled with water.
- Bake for 1-1¼ hours or until ready.
- Cool.
- Spread softened caramel cream on top of cakes.
