Students of Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim Antwerp Visit 770

The Shiur Beis and Shiur Gimmel students of Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim Antwerp merited to spend a Shabbos near the Rebbe, following a rigorous preparation that included the study of significant portions of Maseches Kesubos and Sukkah, in-depth learning of the Rebbe’s Torah, and diligence in maintaining the Yeshiva’s schedule. In preparation for the journey, a farbrengen was held with Rabbi Shabtai Slavatitzki, the Yeshiva’s founder and senior Mashpia, who spoke about the proper mindset a bochur should have when traveling to The Rebbe.

During their visit, the temimim had the privilege of learning and davening in Beis Chayeinu. On Thursday night, they participated in a farbrengen with Rabbi Levi Gorelik, who shared the history of 770 and inspired the students to dedicate themselves to The Rebbe.

On Friday, the students took part in Mivtza Tefillin, bringing the light of Yiddishkeit to fellow Jews. That night, they farbrenged with Rabbi Sagie Har Shefer, shliach to Nes Tziona, who encouraged them to strengthen their connection to the Rebbe and actively work towards the hisgalus.

Shabbos afternoon, the bochurim attended a farbrengen with Rabbi Hershel Spalter, shliach to Costa Rica, alongside mashbak Chaim Baruch Halberstam, emphasizing the importance of utilizing every moment in the Rebbe’s presence and increasing in enthusiasm and hiskashrus.

On Sunday, the students toured the Rebbe’s library, where they attended a shiur by Rabbi Berel Levin on the halachos of Erev Pesach Shechal B’Shabbos. They then davened Mincha, visited the broadcast room, and posed for a group photo. That evening, a lavish farewell seudah was hosted by philanthropist R’ Berel Yunik.

On Monday, the temimim returned to Yeshiva with renewed strength and great joy, taking upon themselves hachlatos tovos.

The Yeshiva administration expressed gratitude to the talmidim hashluchim who accompanied the journey, with special thanks to Moshe Vishitzky for his dedication in coordinating every detail of the trip.
