Chabad of S. Paulo, Brazil headed by Rabbi Shmuel Perman celebrated a Siyum Sefer Torah, the Sefer Torah was sponsored by the Kalinowsky Family. Noted shluchim came to the event including Rabbi Menashe Perman, Chief Rabbi of Chile, Rabbi Alperin, Rabbi Begun, Rabbi Noach Gansberg, Rabbi Whiteman, Rabbi Meshan and Rabbi Belinov, among others • Photos
