Rare Sefer Kehillos Yaakov, Once Owned by Tzemach Tzedek’s Son, Presented To The Rebbe’s Library
Sefer Kehillos Yaakov, which belonged to the son of the Tzemach Tzeded, Harav Chaim Shneor Zalman of Liadi, was presented to the Rebbe’s library along with a few more Seforim • Read More, Photos
A unique donation was made to the Rebbe’s library by Rabbi Shmuel Butler.
- Sefer Kehillos Yaakov, which belonged to the son of the Tzemach Tzeded, Harav Chaim Shneor Zalman of Liadi.
- A suitcase full of antique Seforim from Machzikei Hadas of Copenhagen, Denmark. – All of the Seforim were editions which the library did not have yet.
Rabbi Butler thanks the Rebbe’s first Shliach to Denmark and former Rov of Machzikei Hadas, Rabbi Ezriel Chaikin for his assistance in acquiring the Seforim for the library.
