The Rabbinical Alliance of America (Igud Harabonim) sent a letter to the Chief Rabbinate of Israel regarding the Kotel in Jerusalem, opposing the plans for the “liberal prayer area” on the southern wall of the Kotel.
The Igud Harabonim sees this as Chillul Makom HaMikdosh and strikes at the very heart of Kedushas Beis Hamikdosh.
The letter is also being signed by hundreds of our member Rabbonim.
The Igud officially speaks in the name of 850 Orthodox Rabbis throughout the USA and Canada.
