Rabbi Anati’s Successor Appointed
On Thursday, a special event took place in the Beis Moshiach of Fort Lauderdale to commemorate the Shloshim of the Shliach Rabbi Motti Anati, OB”M. At the Shloshim, Rabbi Daniel Shahino was appointed to take over and lead the community Rabbi Anati built up over the years • Full Story, Photos
On Thursday, a special event took place in the Beis Moshiach Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to commemorate the Shloshim of the beloved Shliach, Rabbi Motti Anati.
Over the past month, members of the community started a campaign to fulfill R’ Motti’s life dream, to build a 770 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During the Shloshim, the community members commited themselves to large amounts of money to finish of this dream for R’ Motti.
The community appointed Rabbi Daniel Shahino to take over the running of the Chabad House and to serve as Rov of the growing community. Those in charge of the appointment of a Rov signed the Hachtara which was given to the Rov wishing him a long life.
